Description:
This course is designed for students with some ceramics experience who wish to explore specific projects and deepen their understanding of ceramics while expressing their unique artistic voice.
Class Structure:
- Independent Study: Students work on self-directed projects.
- Guidance: Personalized demonstrations and feedback provided by the instructor.
- Environment: A creative and supportive space with ample one-on-one attention.
Prerequisites:
Must have taken any ceramics class at NOAFA.

Reid Nicholls is a ceramic artist and sculptor whose body of work uses symbolic imagery paired with figurative elements to create abstract forms that are hand-built and wheel thrown.
