Description:
Explore the basic techniques of creating a clay portrait bust from life. Students will learn:
- Armature building
- Clay application techniques
- Principles of measuring, form, composition, expression, and surface finish
Through demonstrations and individual critiques, this class provides a comprehensive approach to sculpting a human likeness.
Supplies:
- Tuition includes 1 bag of clay.
- Instructor will issue a materials list 1 week prior to the start of class
